Terms of use

VideoSongFinder (videosongfinder.com) finds the songs in a TikTok, Instagram or YouTube video, or in a file you choose, and offers links to listen to them on streaming services. The site is published by Robin Carivenc, sole proprietor (see the legal notice).

Using the site means accepting these terms. The paid Premium subscription is also governed by the terms of sale.

• Without an account: access to videos already analyzed. A new analysis needs a free account.
• With a free account (Google or email): 3 new analyses a day of TikTok, Reels or YouTube Shorts videos of 5 minutes at most. Other YouTube videos are analyzed with credits.
• With Premium: 40 new analyses a day, see pricing.
• Videos someone has already analyzed are shown to everyone, with no limit.

These limits and the maximum length of analyzed videos may change to keep the service free and protected against abuse; the limits of a running subscription are never reduced. The account is personal: you are responsible for what is done with your Google account. You can ask for its deletion at any time through the contact form.

• Querying the service automatically (bots, scripts, scraping of pages or results), unless agreed in writing.
• Getting around the limits, the anti-bot check or the site’s protections (multiplying accounts or addresses, etc.).
• Reselling the service or its results, or sharing an account on a large scale.
• Uploading a file you have no right to use, or unlawful content.
• Disrupting the site or its providers.

In case of a breach, access may be limited or the account suspended, after a warning except for serious abuse. For a subscriber, the unused part of the current period is then refunded.

Recognition relies on a third-party engine (ACRCloud) and on the content of the video: a track missing from the catalogs, covered by a voice, sped up or too short may not be found, or may be mistaken for another one. Results are provided for information only, with no guarantee of accuracy or completeness.

The result of an analysis (platform, public video ID, title, songs found) becomes a public page that serves as a cache for every visitor. It contains no data about you. Videos sent as files are not published.

Songs, cover art, titles and videos belong to their creators and rights holders. VideoSongFinder neither streams nor downloads the works: it identifies them and links to the platforms that offer them legally. Platform names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are only used to refer to them.

The site itself (text, design, code, logo) is protected. If some content seems to infringe your rights, write to us through the contact form: we remove it promptly where appropriate.

The free service is provided as is. It may be interrupted for maintenance, when a provider fails or when the daily analysis budget is reached. VideoSongFinder cannot be held liable for the content of the third-party platforms it links to, nor for indirect damage related to the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

These terms may change; the update date appears at the top of the page. They are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, write to us first; you can then bring the matter before the competent court, including the one where you live.
