VideoSongFinder

Terms of sale

Updated on

This English translation is provided for convenience. The French version is the legally binding one.

Who sells

VideoSongFinder credits are sold by Robin Carivenc, sole proprietor, 6 A rue de la Vallée, 68720 Hochstatt, France. SIREN 993 101 245. Contact: robin.carivenc.pro@gmail.com, +33 7 66 07 00 18 or the contact form. See also the legal notice and the site’s terms of use.

These terms apply to every purchase of credits on videosongfinder.com. Accepting them is required to buy. This is a translation: the French version prevails.

Free and paid

  • Without an account: videos already analyzed show with no limit.
  • With a free account: 3 new analyses a day of TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts videos of 5 minutes at most, with ads.
  • With credits: YouTube videos and videos up to 2 hours, with no ads and no wait.

Credit prices

  • 10-video pack: €2.99.
  • 30-video pack: €4.99.
  • 100-video pack: €9.99.

Prices include all taxes, in euros: this is the final amount paid, with no extra fees. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Each pack is paid once. It is not a subscription: nothing renews or is charged afterwards, and there is nothing to cancel. A price change never applies to credits already bought.

Using credits

  • Credits are added to the account as soon as the payment is confirmed and never expire.
  • A new analysis takes 1 credit per started 5 minutes of video: 1 credit up to 5 minutes, 2 up to 10 minutes, and so on up to 2 hours (24 credits).
  • An answer found without a listen (a TikTok’s official sound, the same sound as a video already analyzed) counts as an analysis: from the free analyses of the day if any remain, otherwise 1 credit. A video already analyzed shows without taking anything.
  • The 3 free analyses of the day come before credits: a TikTok, Reels or YouTube Shorts video of 5 minutes at most only takes a credit once those 3 analyses are used. YouTube videos and videos longer than 5 minutes always take credits.
  • If the analysis fails or recognizes no music, the credits taken for that video are returned automatically.
  • While at least one credit remains, the account also gets: no ads, no wait, the history of the last 50 videos, tracklist export (text, CSV, chapters for a YouTube description) and a reserved analysis budget when the shared daily budget is reached. New analyses are limited to 40 a day per account.

Music recognition depends on a third-party engine and on the video’s content: a song missing from the catalogs, covered by a voice or too short may not be found. The number of songs found is not guaranteed.

Account and order

The account is created with your Google account, or with your email address and a password (the address is confirmed by a code sent by email). You are responsible for access to your Google account or for keeping your password confidential.

You choose a pack, then pay on Stripe’s secure page (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Before payment, Stripe summarizes the pack and its price. The contract is concluded on payment: the credits are added at once and a receipt is sent to the email address given to Stripe.

Right of withdrawal and refund

You have 14 days after the purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason (articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code). As you ask for the credits to be usable as soon as you pay, credits already used remain due (article L221-25): unused credits are refunded, at the price paid per credit.

To exercise it, send a clear request through the contact form or by email to robin.carivenc.pro@gmail.com, with the email address of your Stripe receipt. You may use the template below, without obligation. The refund is made within 14 days, to the payment method used, and the refunded credits are removed from the account.

Withdrawal form template

To Robin Carivenc, 6 A rue de la Vallée, 68720 Hochstatt, France, robin.carivenc.pro@gmail.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the VideoSongFinder credit pack bought on [date], receipt email address: [address]. Name: [name]. Date: [date].

Warranty and liability

The service is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-1 and following of the French Consumer Code). In case of a defect, write to us: we restore the service or, failing that, return the credits concerned or refund them.

The service may be interrupted for maintenance or if a provider (host, recognition engine) fails. As credits never expire, an interruption does not make you lose them.

Credits are for personal use. Automated or abusive use (resale, bots, mass account sharing) may lead to the account being suspended, after a warning, with a refund of unused credits.

Passes and subscriptions

The 24-hour and 48-hour passes (sold until 21 October 2026) and the Premium subscriptions are no longer offered. An earlier purchase remains governed by the terms in force on the day of purchase, sent on request.

Personal data

See the privacy policy, section “Account and payment”.

Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to us first: we answer within 7 days. If the disagreement persists, you can turn to the consumer mediator free of charge: being appointed; their details will be published here before any sale.

These terms are governed by French law. You may also bring a claim before the court of your place of residence.
